The full aroma of sun-ripened tomatoes concentrated in a paste – that’s the best way to describe our product. We use the hot break process to achieve natural thickening by stopping pectin enzyme activity. Additives are therefore not necessary – and not desired: You get 100 percent tomatoes – without germs, black skin or seed particles, aerobic thermophilic bacteria or mold and yeast fungi.
In doing so, we meet the national regulations ISIRI* 14341 for tomato paste, which were set by the Institute of Standards and Industrial Research of Iran. In the aseptic bag packaging, which we transport in steel drums, you can conveniently store the tomato paste for up to two years.
